This beautiful house is built in 1986, and it has had only one owner, who have kept the house in precious order and with updated, high class maintenance. The location is one of the most beautiful and relaxing area in San Jose. You are with walking distance to the village (you are in the village, but on the one of the best side of it), and you have amazing views all around the property. You see the village and harbour. A stately staircase leads you to the bedrooms and to the left to the living room with access to one of the patios.
On the first floor, on the left is the living room with office space and otherside is the fireplace, which opens onto a patio overlooking Los Genoveses.
The property is completely renovated during 2020-2023. During this time, all exterior doors have been replaced and all windows are with quality double-glazing.
The garage s accessible from the main entrance hall. It has space for two cars and it has an electric door. The garage floor was tiled in June 2025.
Property has town water with water debosit. The swimming pool is automatically filled. It is heated by solar panels. Heating is supplied through pipes laid under the swimming pool floor.
